Our first Rhubarb Jams are "Heritage Rhubarb Jam", "Hearth Keepers Rhubarb Jam", "Northern Frost Rhubarb Jam", and "Troll Lantern Rhubarb Jam". Each product has a distinct scandinavian flavor.
Our first freeze-dried product is Ember Rhubarb Chards. As our orchard grows we will be adding strawberries, raspberries, apples, plums & tart cherries.
We have the following orchard products:
Rhubarb. Our first harvests are happening Summer 2026.
Raspberries. Our first harvests will be small beginning Summer 2026. Summer 2027 will be much bigger.
Strawberries. Our first harvests will be Summer 2027.
Plum. Our first trees should start producing in 2027.
Cherry. Our first trees should start producing in 2029.
Apple. Our first trees should start producing in 2029.

Yes. All of our jams, jellies, freeze-dried fruits, and other food items are produced under Minnesota's cottage food regulations using orchard-grown or locally sourced ingredients.
